I thoroughly research the brand and its values and then with the best possible understanding, I can create the most suitable, unique and delicious dishes. So far, I have been very lucky to work with a wide selection of brands I adore, and respect.
Along with written recipes, I photograph and style the final dish, to capture in the best way possible the product and add a visual for the new fresh expression of the original idea. This is my favorite part of the task I could imagine.
