‘ It is freedom that defines you ‘
- Ana Ros
On a journey from Poland to Amsterdam and everywhere in between.
Aleksandra is a multidisciplinary creator — Interior Architect, Plant-Based Chef, and Food Designer — whose work bridges the worlds of architecture, culinary artistry, and intentional living. With a world-renowned background in architecture and interior design, her career began by shaping spaces across the globe, working on high-end projects that emphasized elegance, function, and emotional resonance.
Driven by a desire to live and create with more intention, Aleksandra gradually shifted part of her focus toward the immersive world of food and its potential as a medium for connection, healing, and transformation. Her deep love for nature and plant-based living led her to become a chef and food designer, curating sensorial dining experiences and cooking at retreats worldwide. This evolution was not a departure but a natural expansion — merging design thinking with mindful, plant-based cuisine to create holistic environments that nourish both body and mind.
Her work celebrates raw, unprocessed beauty — in materials, ingredients, and human experience — inviting people to slow down, reconnect with nature, and explore new ways of being. Whether designing interiors or crafting a multi-sensory meal, Aleksandra’s mission is to create meaningful, sustainable experiences that inspire curiosity, balance, and deeper presence.
Through her unique blend of design and culinary storytelling, she helps others rediscover the power of simplicity, the elegance of nature, and the joy of living with intention.
Aleksandra embarks on a new creative venture with her furniture brand, MAK studio. Inspired by multifunctionality and sustainability, her designs reimagine the boundaries between dining, cooking, and working spaces and more. The furniture she creates celebrates adaptability and purposeful living, inviting people to engage with their surroundings in new and playful ways.
